JUST A FRIENDLY REMINDER TO ATTEND THE VELO ROSA BIKE/CYCLING CLINIC THIS SATURDAY, APRIL 17TH STARTING AT 9:30 AM AT UNION PARK IN DES MOINES.

Registration
10:00 AM – 11:30 AM
Divide into two groups for instruction and practice. Beginners will cover riding in a group and safe drafting. Advanced group will cover strategic racing techniques.
11:45 AM – 12:45 PM Lunch Break
1:00 PM – 2:00 PM Optional racing practice!
Clinic will be directed by Go Cycling and tri coach, Dave Mable. Feel free to bring a friend. The clinic is free, but don’t forget to register when you arrive because we will have a drawing for several great prizes!!
